Privacy policy

What we collect

• Orders: your name, work email, company, website, billing address, optional tax ID, and the briefs you write (target URLs, anchor text, notes).
• Free tools: the URL, brand name and budget you enter into the AEO audit or recommenders. The audit fetches public pages of the site you submit.
• Your browser: your cart and an unfinished checkout are stored in your own browser (local and session storage). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, invoice you, send you sample and live URLs, and keep records we're required to keep. Tool inputs are used to produce your results.

Who we share it with

• Publishers receive the article, brand and links needed to publish your placement — not your billing details.
• Stripe processes card payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Service providers that host the site and store orders, under their own data-protection terms.

We don't sell personal data.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion (except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons) by emailing orders@intheanswer.si.
